Shane Ailes, AIF®, RICP
Financial Advisor
With over 20 years of experience in the investment and planning industry, I believe this is the greatest and most fulfilling job in the world. Every day I feel blessed to help families set a course toward accomplishing their unique goals.
Our team’s diverse talent allows me to focus on the retirement goals of clients. My goal is to build a relationship of trust, communication and competence with each one of my clients.
Outside of work, our family is involved in the West Michigan community. At Central Wesleyan Church in Holland, my wife Laurey and I serve as mentors to couples that are engaged in a program called SYMBIS -- Save Your Marriage Before It Starts. We are in touch with these couples a few years into their marriage. We also volunteer with Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity, taking part in home builds and fundraising.
Family time is important to us, we have six children, five of whom are married, so we have 11 “kids” — and our youngest is in the Marine Corps. As a family, we do a lot of boating, camping, skiing, pickle ball, and many other yard games. We also try to spend a lot of time in Colorado, where my wife’s family, two of our sons and their wives — as well as our first granddaughter —live.
